Timeline:
> Upon confirmation of commission details, I'll send a sketch for your approval.
> After approval, I will send an invoice.
> Once payment is confirmed, I will start work on your commission.
> If payment has not been within 48 hours, the commission will be cancelled.Status updates will be given as followed:
> Sketch
= 3 minor adjustments are allowed during this.
= 1 Major change is allowed in which I re-do the entire sketch.
> Lines
= 2 minor adjustments are allowed during this.
= Any details I missed won't be counted.
> Flat Colour
= 2 minor adjustments are allowed during this.
= Any details I missed won't be counted.
> Final piece
= 2 minor adjustment related to colours/lighting is allowed.Extra Minor adjustments +$3USD.
Extra Major adjustments costs will depend on the request.
I retain the right to decline doing any extra adjustments.Commissions can take 1-3 months so please be patient.
Approved WIP progress images may be posted on social media and the drawing process may be streamed on Twitch. If you would like to opt out of either of these, please let me know at the start.

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.GENERAL
I have the right to decline a commission.Payments will be made in USD via Paypal invoices. Invoices not paid within 48 hours will result in the commission being voided. You agree to not issue a chargeback at any point after payment.Refunds may be requested if there is a valid reason. If the lineart has been completed, refunds will not be allowed. Full refunds are only applicable if sketch has not yet started.Turnaround time may vary 1 to 3 months. Please do not rush me, though you are free to ask for updates. If you need your commission done by a certain date, please let me know immediately in advance, though there may be a rush fee depending.In the event that I am unable to continue with your commission for any reason on my part, I will let you know and refund you fully.USAGE RIGHTSI retain the rights to my artworks, including any unused sketches and ideas.
I may post your commission on social media afterwards and use it as future commission samples in my portfolio. You may opt out of this for a $50 privacy fee.All commissions are for personal use (non-commercial & non-profit) only, unless specified otherwise prior to my sending of the invoice. If commercial use is not stated prior to then, then it can NOT be used as such. Commercial fees are 100% of the commission fee.Please do not trace, modify, or repost my art. Simple cropping/re-sizing is fine.
Commissioners can repost their commissions as long as credit is visible.
Usage and reposting of my art on sites/programs related to A.I, Machine Learning, NFT, Crypto are strictly not allowed, regardless if you paid for commercial usage.Regarding crediting, my handle is @siyubun on most social media sites.
